Korea Textile News cited IADS's Global Department Store Monitor 2024-2025, which found average sales growth of just 0.63% across 58 member department stores, a modest rebound from the prior year's 1.6% decline. It also cited an IADS press release on women's fashion, where contemporary and premium brands now account for 31% of sales among members, ahead of high-street and mid-price brands at 22% and advanced contemporary at 21%, alongside a rise in online women's fashion sales to 22% in 2025 from 20% in 2024.
