Falabella now owns 100% of Tottus supermarkets

What: Falabella used to own 88% of Tottus Chile and recently reported that it bought the total shares of the supermarket company.

Why it is important: Falabella entered the supermarket business in Chile in 2004. Currently, Tottus has 71 stores in Chile and 90 in Peru.
