Galeries Lafayette “Shopping à Distance” service
What: New features added to the in-house remote shopping service.

Launched in May, the “Shopping à Distance” exclusive video-shopping service that brings the unique Boulevard Haussmann in-store experience into the customers’ homes is now offering an even more seamless experience with new key features that include video appointment scheduling, a Luxury & Designers section, and availability at all Galeries Lafayette’s physical stores, using the newly deployed omnichannel retail technologies.
The service is available from 11am to 6pm Monday to Saturday on galerieslafayette.com. Visitors can contact a sales assistant from a brand in Galeries Lafayette Haussmann’s Luxury & Designers department, schedule a one-to-one live-video appointment with a Galeries Lafayette Personal Shopper to find inspiration and benefit from their expertise, or choose from a special selection of items and send their wish list to the store’s teams, for direct home delivery.
