El Corte Inglés extends “click & collect” option

What: El Corte Inglés extends its range of online services for Christmas.

Why it is important: The company keeps moving onto a fully omnichannel approach.

Customers can order the toys of the Three Kings and Father Christmas at the 177 Supercor and Supercor Express centres and collect them from the shop or have them sent home, in the case of the larger ones. These new points of sale are in addition to the El Corte Inglés centres, the company's website and app that allows for a total omnichannel approach. With this initiative, El Corte Inglés expands its range of services for this Christmas season, offering more facilities to all groups in a simple and convenient way through its usual supermarket.
