House of Fraser may turn into a co-working destination
House of Fraser located at the Westfield London White City shopping centre has set out plans to turn the store into a co-working space. The idea is to convert around two-thirds of the four floor (approx. 9660sqm) into WeWork style spaces, to create a more mixed-use destination. The plans are currently at an early stage.
House of Fraser store is one of five anchor units at the shopping centre. Debenhams, another anchor tenant, confirmed last month it will not reopen in Westfield London White City following the coronavirus crisis.
