An annual ranking published by Cushman and Wakefield lists the most expensive streets in the world this year in terms of retail rent. Last year's number one, New York's Fifth Avenue, has slipped to second place behind Hong Kong's Causeway Bay. In Europe, the most expensive street is London's New Bond Street followed by Paris' Champs Elysées and Milan's Via Montenapoleone. Others in the top ten in Asia include Tokyo's Ginza and Seoul's Myeongdong.
