It has issues a statement dubbed 'A new normal happy handbook' to illustrate all initiatives taken in order to ensure safety of both staff and customers when stores reopen. Measures include: Touchless retail (contactless payment & services), face masks mandatory instore, temperature check before entering the store, social distancing.
