Debenhams, which is due to announce a replacement for its departing CEO at any moment, has made some internal changes. Retail director Mike Goring will leave at the beginning of next month after four years. Ross Clemmow, currently e-commerce director, will become retail director. David Smith from VF Corp will start as international director. Meanwhile, marketing director Richard Cristofoli, will take on additional responsibilities for digital design and creative, online photography, editorial content and print services
