A piece from the UK BBC looks at how the Millennial generation is changing a number of traditional aspects of everyday life including marriage, napkins and breakfast cereal. It looks more particularly at changes in the restaurant business where shops and restaurants merge, delivery-only restaurants ("ghost restaurants") or several restaurant concepts sharing one kitchen. Similarly it documents changes in the luxury market with millennials spending more on experiences while renting or sharing luxury goods such as cars or designer clothes. Traditional gyms are also being forsaken in favour of classes or community-centre facilities. The important point is that a number of businesses are failing to adapt.
