Indonesian hospitality group PTT Family and acclaimed Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto are teaming up on a new multi-purpose dining and retail complex set to open in one of Hong Kong's hottest neighborhoods. The 8,000-square-foot development, called "Potato Head Hong Kong", is slated to open next month. It will house several retail and dining concepts including a store selling artisanal Indonesian items and a restaurant helmed by chef Antoine Audran. The development also features a wood-paneled Music Room that will host disco nights, DJ gigs and other events.
