Harvey Nichols develops user experience measures

UK store Harvey Nichols is finding out how its customers use its mobile services, specifically product pages and menus. Working with user experience (UX) analytics platform ContentSquare, Harvey Nichols will optimise web pages, visitor journeys and promotions thanks to the visual tools of the system. For example, ContentSquare claims to help understand the critical paths to purchase during sales periods, to optimise product placement on listing pages, and analyse user journeys by acquisition channel, using behavioural data and artificial intelligence.
