While the Haussmann flagship store is still closed, Galeries Lafayette is boosting its digital offer with a new personal, online luxury shopping service through live video. The "Exclusive Live Shopping" is highend and entirely personalised shopping experience, developed with GoInStore, a startup supported by the Lafayette Plug and Play program. Shoppers can access a large part of the luxury and premium range at the Galeries Lafayette flagship store from their homes via live video, with the assistance of a personal shopper or brand ambassador. The service is available through the web site galerieslafayette.com and covers 120 fashion, beauty and accessory brands. It is open to customers in France and abroad, with next day home delivery and click and collect purchases to fetch in the store.
