Spanish group El Corte Inglés is initiating the Sustainability Movement with the aim of building a healthy, sustainable and prosperous environment. The retailer has already begun this process: it is committed to having Zero Waste by 2022; 100% of the electricity it consumes already comes from renewable sources; it only works with suppliers that have shown their commitment to the environment and human rights; among many initiatives. The Sustainability Movement is focused on three areas: product, planet and progress. To this end, El Corte Inglés has developed a product guide with sustainability criteria for fashion, home, mass consumption, leisure and sports goods and accessories. Read more:
