Now expanded globally, drones streamline employee duties, making them safer, more efficient, and contributing to enhanced customer satisfaction by expediting product searches and error corrections. Collaborating with Verity, IKEA employs specialized GPS and AI algorithms allowing drones to read barcodes and identify stock discrepancies without requiring traditional labor-intensive methods.
