Department stores digital IQ
A report by Gartner L2 gives the top department stores in terms of their "digital IQ", that is, how good they are online. Macy's and Nordstrom take the top slots, thanks to fulfilment, ad visibility, social media, searches and other help tools for customers. Others on the list are Zalando, Otto, Kohl's, La Redoute, JC Penney, John Lewis, Asos, and Marks & Spencer.
