Apple asks retail staff to work remotely as stores shut again
Facing additional 90 store closures out of 271 in the US, Apple has taken new measures, not limited to sending to each employee's home a test kit. Willing to improve the experience provided to customers, they are now asking their sales staff to cater for the needs of Apple's customers - from home.
