The IADS attended the annual LEAD Network Europe Conference in Milan, the sector’s key forum on gender balance and inclusion in retail and CPG. The event gathered nearly 800 senior leaders, offering a focused environment to exchange practices, examine structural barriers, and explore how organisations can build more inclusive workplaces. Under the theme “We’re All In,” the two-day programme addressed leadership behaviours, frontline realities, data and AI governance, and the organisational conditions required to advance women and under-represented groups across the industry.
